Rusty/Alistair promptly answered all my pre and post purchase questions.

My map update was purchased loaded onto a 32GB USB drive and quickly dispatched and delivered.The unique FSC code sent via email.

Plugged the drive into the USB port and followed prompts on the screen after keeping the ignition switched on.Map update was successful and took around 30mins.

I would recommend this seller and wouldn't hesitate to use them for the next map update.

 Hi Russell Just a quick thank you... maps installed and updated with no issues. The download took 3 hours 5 mins which the system did estimate at the very start. Maybe it's a slightly bigger update. It has made a big difference to my mapping. An example being the large motorway interchange at the end of the M57 M58 here in aintree is now fully updated with better accurate lane markings and junction features clear indication which of the 5 lanes you should be in.I would have no hesitation in recommending your business and purchasing again from you in the future.RegardsAl Neary

 Hi Rusty Just a note to say thank you for the USB update for my 2014 Jaguar XF.I was a bit apprehensive after reading horror stories in theJaguar forums but I waited until I had a long trip and followed the instructions. As a sign of appreciation I'd like to add to give you the following testimonial for your website. If you want it, of course. The BEST Sat-Nav guy in the business!!! Rusty solved an issue that the dealer was ready to charge me over £2000 to resolve. My screen went blank after a failed update attempt with software I downloaded from the internet. The dealer wanted to charge me over £2000 to replace the entire system. Luckily, I found www.satnavupgrades.co.uk. Rusty called me to understand exactly what was going on with my system. After being told by BMW and other 2004 E64 owners that the sat Nav system would need to be upgraded at an extortionate price to run the new sat Nav disc I did further research and found you. I loaded the disc and within five minutes it worked just fine.No software upgrade needed. I will, with out a doubt recommend you to other 645ci owners, if I ever find any and I will use you again if ever needed.Thanks again.2004 BMW 645ci owner

 number of occasions for both range rovers and BMW’s. The latest one was a 2018 bmw maps upgrade and the installed product is as usual, first class. Just a quick email to say your updated disc for the L322 was fantastic.

In a 2000 mile trip to Europe it missed just 2 roundabouts in France, none in Spain.

My lasted Garmin update can not do this in the UK.

Just wanted to say that my disc arrived and got installed in my 2009 Discovery 3. Turned out that there was a 2009/10 one in there already. So it just worked straight away, Magic.

Hi Rusty,

Well pleased with my update mate! Took an absolute age to transfer in the car but well worth it.

I did the transfer from a 1TB hard drive with loads of other stuff on it. I reckon it may have been quicker using a blank high capacity memory stick

Anyway, I am now no longer driving across fields near Luton Airport and all of the features work perfectly.
